Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping carrier.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Returns & Exchanges
We want every goalkeeper to feel confident purchasing OGK products.
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
Goalkeeper gloves that have been used during training or matches are not eligible for returns due to ordinary wear.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs.
Return shipping costs for eligible change-of-mind returns are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise required by law.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
